In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing office tasks, and assisting with warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer, flooring installer, and our business partner inquiries via phone & emailManaging office tasks such as scheduling install dates or surveying customersAssisting with warehouse duties such as receiving and shipping products, inventory management, and operating a forkliftMaintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other office softwareAbility to operate a forklift Ability to lift up to 50 poundsPrior experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is a plus If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
