We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team.
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
Your expertise in roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols will be essential in ensuring the structural integrity and durability of our clients' roofs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Roof Installation:
Execute the installation of various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, and flat roofs, according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Roof Repair and Maintenance:
Perform necessary repairs, such as replacing damaged shingles, repairing leaks, underlayment, tiles, hot mop, and addressing structural damage.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning debris, inspecting gutters, and ensuring proper drainage.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Utilize appropriate safety equipment and follow best practices to prevent accidents and injuries during roofing operations.
Collaborative Work:
Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks to ensure that roofing installations and repairs meet industry standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new roofing technologies.
Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Roofer, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in residential roofing.
We are looking for a journeyman.
In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines related to roofing.
Proficiency in using roofing tools, equipment, and technology.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and lift heavy materials.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
