We are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Project Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project accounting, as well as AP, materials, and subcontractors.
In this role, you work on approximately 20 projects at a time as you split up the workload with the other Project Accountants.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project accounting, including AP, cost accounting, and materials management Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in accordance with GAAP Work closely with project managers to develop project budgets and track actual costs against budgeted amounts Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payment Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or other financial risks Construction Project Accounting experience required AIA billing experienceIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the construction industry and have a passion for project accounting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
